dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je život všestranného lékaře a buditele Karla Slavoje Amerlinga a jeho manželky, pedagožky Františky Svatavy Amerlingové. Práce pojednává o odkazu filantropického manželského páru ve vývoji českého školství. Reformní devatenácté století s sebou přineslo mnoho změn ve vzdělávání a doktor Amerling se svou chotí nepochybně zanechali stopy v proměnách českého vzdělávacího systému. Práce se zaměřuje na soukromé životy manželů a jejich kariéry v oblasti školství, dále je zmíněno působení manželů během národního obrození. Blíže popsány jsou instituce, které jsou s Amerlingovými spojeny, konkrétně se jedná o všeučiliště Budeč a Ernestinum, práce podává informace také o soukromém vzdělávacím ústavu pro dívky, jejž vedla paní Amerlingová, či o české hlavní škole, na které doktor Amerling po dobu dvaceti let zastával funkci ředitele.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this bachelor thesis is the life of the versatile physician and national agitator Karel Slavoj Amerling and his wife, the educator Františka Svatava Amerling. The thesis deals with the legacy of the philanthropic couple in the development of Czech education. The reformist nineteenth century brought with it many changes in education, and Dr. Amerling and his wife undoubtedly left their mark on the transformation of the Czech education system. The thesis focuses on the couple's private lives and their careers in education, and also mentions their work during the National Revival. The institutions associated with the Amerlings are described in more detail, namely the Budeč school and Ernestinum. The thesis also provides information about the private educational institute for girls run by Mrs Amerling and the Czech main school, where Amerling served as headmaster for twenty years.en
