| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce popisuje práci sester v agentuře domácí péče. V teoretické části se zabývá vymezením pojmů domácí péče, historií domácí péče, formami domácí péče a dalšími informacemi, které se týkají domácí péče. Popisuje úlohu sestry při návštěvě klienta v domácím prostředí. Praktická část je zaměřena na zmapování vytíženosti sester nejen z jejich pohledu, ale i pohledu klienta domácí péče. Sběr dat je proveden metodou kvalitativního výzkumu formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. | cs |
