dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je Výběr a implementace normovacího softwaru. V první části jsou potřebné teoretické pojmy týkající se řízení výroby, konkurence a normování práce. Následně je zde uveden profil společnosti TS Plzeň a.s. a její současný stav. Poté je zde provedena rozhodovací analýza pro výběr normovacího softwaru. V druhé časti je již popsaný celkový průběh implementace normovacího softwaru. Jsou zde uvedená veškerá nastavení a změny, které jsem v aplikaci prováděl. Na závěr je popsáno, jakým způsobem proběhlo uživatelské školení a následné testování aplikace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this diploma thesis is Selection and implementation of normative software. In the first part there are theoretical concepts about production management, competition and standardization of work. Subsequently there are profile of TS Plzeň a.s. and current state of company. Then there is decision analysis for selection of normative software. In the second part there is described overall progress of implementation of normative software. There are all settings and changes I have made to normative application. In conclusion there are described user training and testing of software.en
