dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá rozdíly mezi muži a ženami v oblastech vzdělávání, práce a mzdy z pohledu genderové statistiky. První část je zaměřena na základní pojmy a statistické postupy, které jsou použity v praktické části práce. Popisuje historii genderové problematiky v ČR, dále se zabývá vzdělanostní strukturou obyvatelstva ČR, rozdíly mezi ekonomicky aktivní a ekonomicky neaktivní částí obyvatelstva a dosahované průměrné měsíční mzdy mužů a žen. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na výsledky z dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem je analyzování obyvatelstva z pohledu genderové statistiky. Hlavní zkoumanou oblastí je závislost dosahovaných hrubých mezd z hlediska vzdělání respondentů, jejich pohlaví a věku. Dále je testována nezávislost investice do sebevzdělávání na pohlaví a stupeň vzdělání respondentů a jsou provedeny výpočty hrubé měsíční mzdy a mediánu mezd pomocí odhadu lineární interpolace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with differences between men and women focusing on the education, work and wages from the point of view of gender statistics. First part is focused on basic concepts and statistical methods, which are used in the practical part of this thesis. In the first part, there is also described history of gender in the Czech Republic, educational structure of the inhabitants, differences between economically active and inactive part of the Czech population and achieved average wages of men and women. Second part of the thesis analyses results of survey, which is aimed to analysis of the Czech population from the point of view of gender statistics. The main examined problem is dependency of achieved average wages in terms of education, ages and sex of the respondents. The independency of investments to education on sex and education of the respondents is tested. Furthermore there is calculated average and median wages using estimate linear extrapolation.en
