dc.description.abstractTéma této diplomové práce je "Listina základních práv Evropské unie a Česká republika". Nejprve jsou v práci upravena lidská práva obecně. Dále je podrobněji pojednáno o Evropské úmluvě o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod. V další části této kapitoly je popsána historie, vývoj a vznik Listiny základních práv a svobod Evropské unie a další kapitola se zabývá obsahem a členěním dokumentu. Následující část diplomové práce pojednává o výjimkách z Listiny základních práv a svobod Evropské unie. Poslední kapitola se zabývá vztahem Listiny a České republiky.cs

In the beginning, the thesis covers human rights on a general level. Then it discusses European Convention on Human Rights in more detail. The next part of this chapter describes the history, development and creation of The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the next chapter deals with the content and structure of the document. The next part of the thesis deals with exemptions from The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. The final chapter deals with the relationship of The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and Czech Republic.en
