dc.description.abstractV teoretické části bakalářské práce jsem se zabývala rolí stomatologické sestry v preventivní péči. Práce poukazuje na možnosti motivace a edukace před vznikem zubního kazu a onemocnění parodontu. V praktické části sleduji využívání preventivních stomatologických prohlídek, používání pomůcek dentální hygieny a dodržování zásad po stomatologickém ošetření. Výzkum byl prováděn formou dotazníků ve FN Plzeň na Stomatologické klinice. V závěru práce navrhuji důsledněji a důrazněji informovat pacienty o nutnosti a výhodách pravidelných stomatologických prohlídek. Cílem sestry je motivovat pacienty takovým způsobem, aby ve vlastním zájmu zvolili raději včasnou prevenci a nečekali s návštěvou stomatologa až na akutní problém.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the theoritical part of this bachelor study, the role of dental assistants in dental preventive care was analysed and described. In addition, possibilities on providing patiens with motivation and education concerning preventiv of dental caries are appointed. In the practical part of this thesis, the use of preventive dentistry clinical examinations, the use of oral hygiene aids and methods and the main principles of maintenance of good oral health status after dental treatment are investigated.¨ Finaly, in the conclusion of the study, we described the need for more consistent effort and more intensive information providence on the importace and advantages of frequent dental clinical examinations and controls. The aim and role of dental assistants is to motivate the patients in such a way, so that it will be then own choice to attend on ? time prevention controls and not to wait for occurrence of some acute dental problem, in order to visit the dental practitioner.en
