| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma Dachauských procesů a organizaci amerického vojenského soudnictví, které v těchto procesech působilo. Práce je rozdělena do čtyřech hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá samotným koncentračním táborem Dachau a modelu koncentračních táborů. Druhá kapitola se zabývá organizací a programem amerického vojenského soudnictví. Třetí kapitola se zabývá samotným procesním průběhem dachauských procesů. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá situací po ukončení dachauských procesů. Cílem práce je uceleně zpracovat dachauské procesy z pohledu právněhistorického. | cs |

This thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter deals with the Dachau concentration camp itself and the model of the concentration camps. The second chapter deals with the organization and program of the American military judiciary. The third chapter deals with the process of the Dachau trials.
