dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce byla zpracována s cílem analyzovat controllingové aktivity vybrané společnosti, analyzovat její likviditu a cash-flow. V první části práce lze nalézt teoretické poznatky týkající se controllingu samotného z různých pohledů. Dále jsou zde charakterizovány controllingové aktivity týkající se likvidity a cash-flow. Praktická část vychází z těchto teoretických poznatků. Nejprve je zde představena vybraná společnost International Automotive Components Group s. r. o. a oblast jejího podnikání. Pak přecházíme k hlavní části této diplomové práce, kterou je analýza controllingových aktivit, likvidity a cash-flow v této společnosti. Výsledky této analýzy jsou shrnuty v kapitole, zabývající se celkovým zhodnocením situace. Na základě tohoto vyhodnocení jsou na závěr navržena určitá doporučení pro zlepšení fungování controllingových aktivit společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis has been prepared in order to analyze controlling activities in chosen company, to analyze its liquidity and cash-flow. In the first part we can find the theoretical knowledge of controlling itself from different perspectives. There are also characterized controlling activities of liquidity and cash-flow. The practical part is based on this theoretical knowledge. First, there is the presentation of selected company International Automotive Components Group Ltd. and its business area. Then we move to the main part of this diploma thesis, which is the analysis of controlling activities, liquidity and cash-flow indicators in this company. The results of this analysis are summarized in the chapter dealing with the overall assessment of the situation. On the basis of this assessment the thesis suggests at the conclusion some recommendations for improving the functioning of the controlling activities of the company.en
