dc.description.abstractV bakalářské práci jsme se zabývali prevencí vzniku diabetické nohy z pohledu sestry. Teoretická část je zaměřena na diabetes mellitus obecně a na problematiku diabetické nohy. Popsali jsme zde první informace o tomto onemocnění, anatomii, rozdělení, vyšetření potřebná k diagnostice, komplikace a léčení. Empirická část byla zpracována metodou kvalitativního výzkumu, kdy jsme u dvou klientů/pacientů zpracovali ošetřovatelský proces, pomocí něhož jsme se snažili zmapovat informovanost o prevenci vzniku diabetické nohy. Z šetření vyplynulo, že edukace u klientů/pacientů není dostačující. Součástí hlavního cíle bylo vytvoření návrhu na edukační materiál. Brožuru jsme nabídli klientům/pacientům jako pilotní brožuru.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy thesis deals with the diabetic foot ulcers prevention from the point of view of a nurse. The theoretical part focuses on diabetes mellitus generally as well as the diabetic foot ulcers. We state basic information on this disease, anatomy, division, diagnostic examinations, complications and treatment. The empiric part was processed with the quantitative method research where we processed the treatment of two clients/patients and tried to surfey the awareness as for the diabetic foot ulcers prevention with its help. Our research shows that clients/patients are not educated enough. A part of our main goal was to prepare educational material. We offered our booklet to clients/patients as a pilot brochure.en
