| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku epilepsie a edukace pacientů všeobecnými sestrami. V teoretické části se zabýváme medicínským managementem epilepsie, souvislostmi mezi epilepsií a těhotenstvím. Také jsme zmínili problematiku dětského věku, psychiky a emocí, které se vztahují k epilepsii. Kapitola Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s epilepsií se věnuje ošetřovatelskému plánu a ošetřovatelským diagnózám. Další velkou kapitolou je Edukační činnost sestry, kde se zabýváme různými oblastmi edukace, ale i rolí všeobecné sestry v edukačním procesu a praktickou edukací pacienta s epilepsií. Praktická část výzkumu mapuje edukační proces epileptiků, jak ze stran všeobecných sester, tak ze stran pacientů trpících epilepsií. Pro účely práce byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum pomocí anonymních dotazníků. Cílem bylo zjistit formu a obsah edukace, jakou osobou jsou pacienti edukováni, zda informacím rozumí a zda se orientují v režimových opatřeních | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is focused on the issue of the epilepsy and education of the patients by general nurses. In the theoretical part we deal with medical aspect of epilepsy, the contexts between epilepsy and pregnancy. We also mentioned the issue of childhood, the psyche and emotions relating to epilepsy. The Charpet about nursingg care for the patient with epilepsy is dedicated to a nursing plan and potential nursing diagnosis. Another large charpet is about educational activity of the nurse, where they are engaged in various parts of education, but also the role of nurses in the educational process and practical education of patients with epilepsy. The practical part of the research maps the educational process of patients with epilepsy from the poin of wiew of nurses and also from the side of the patients suffering from epilepsy. For the purposes of the thesis there was elected to the quantitative research using anonymous questionnaires. The goal was to determine the form and contet of education of the patients, who they are educated by and if they understand the information and if they ara oriented in regime measures. | en |
