| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice karcinomu rekta se zaměřením na radioterapeutickou léčbu. V první části je komplexní teoretické vymezení dané problematiky, kde je popsaná anatomie s fyziologií, dále etiologie, preventivní programy, epidemiologie a patologie karcinomu rekta. Následují klinické příznaky, diagnostické metody a určení stádia, od kterého se odvíjí další postupy a léčba, což je popsáno v závěru teoretické části práce. Po teoretickém vymezení následuje praktická část práce, která je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem, do kterého bylo zařazeno 9 pacientů s karcinomem rekta a rektosigmatu, kteří prošli neoadjuvantní radioterapeutickou léčbou na pracovišti Radioterapie Holešov s.r.o. U respondentů byl sledován účinek radioterapie na primární tumor porovnáním předoperačního stagingu se stavem při operaci a pooperační klasifikací nádoru. Dále byly hodnoceny akutní a chronické poradiační změny. Výsledky ukázaly, že po neoadjuvantní léčbě došlo u 3 pacientů ke kompletní remisi nádorového onemocnění, u 4 pacientů došlo k regresi tumoru a u 2 případů se klasifikace nezměnila. Výraznější akutní poradiační reakce v oblasti dolní části GIT, které odpovídaly stupni 2 dle RTOG se vyskytly u 3 nemocných. Po léčbě potíže vymizely. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Bachelor Thesis deals with the issue of rectal cancer with a focus on radiotherapy treatment. The first part is a comprehensive theoretical definition of the issue describing anatomy and physiology, as well as etiology, prevention programs, epidemiology and pathology of rectal cancer. Following clinical symptoms, diagnostic methods and identification of the stage determining the next procedures and treatment are described at the end of the theoretical part of the Thesis. The theoretical definition is followed by a practical part, which consists of qualitative research including 9 patients with rectal and rectosigmoid cancer, who underwent neoadjuvant radiotherapy treatment at the Radiotherapy Holešov s.r.o. workplace. In connection with the respondents, the efficiency of radiotherapy for the primary tumor was evaluated by comparing preoperative staging with the state during surgery and postoperative tumor classification. Acute and chronic post-radiation changes were evaluated too. The results have shown that complete remission of cancer after the neoadjuvant treatment was observed in the case of 3 patients, tumor regression was achieved in the case of 4 patients and in 2 cases no change in classification occurred after the treatment. Considerable post-radiation acute reaction in the lower part of GIT corresponding to stage 2 occurred in the case of 3 patients according to RTOG. The problem disappeared after the treatment. | en |
