dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit vlivy římského práva na český právní řád. Konkrétně se práce věnuje institutu závěti a jeho právní úpravě v zákonících, které byly na našem území platné od konce 16. století až do současného občanského zákoníku. První část práce se věnuje testamentu v římském právu. Následuje část, která je zaměřená na hledání vlivů římského práva na institut závěti do roku 1811 a poté od roku 1811. Právní úprava závěti je v jednotlivých zákonících srovnávána s úpravou testamentu v římském právu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the influence of Roman law on the Czech legal system. Specifically, the thesis focuses on the institution of wills and its legal regulation in the laws that were in force in our territory from the end of the 16th century until the current Civil Code. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the testament in Roman law. This is followed by a part that is aimed at finding the influences of Roman law on the institution of wills until 1811 and then from 1811 onwards. The legal regulation of wills is compared with the regulation of testaments in Roman law in the individual statutes.en
