dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá decentralizačními procesy v západní Evropě, které jsou spojené s přesunem moci na nižší substátní jednotky. Práce je koncipovaná jako jednopřípadová studie Španělského království. Na zvoleném případu budou demonstrovány koncepty federalismu a regionalismu a jejich promítnutí se na proces předávání kompetencí z centra do regionů (historických i nehistorických).cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe objective of present diploma thesis Process of Decentralization in the European Political System: The Case of the Kingdom of Spain is to present current trends in federalism and regionalism. The paper follows the intellectual debate between above mentioned processes in goal to show how they were adopted by Spanish kingdom and its political praxes. Spain was chosen as a case study because it has quite decentralized structures. It consists of 17 autonomous communities (regions) which have their own governments, presidents and parliaments as well. This is the reason why we can easily find presence of both trends here.en
