dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá problematikou péče o umírající. Výsledkem práce je srovnání postojů, názorů a prožitků sester, které se projevují při péči o pacienty v terminálním stádiu onemocnění. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými tématy související se smrtí a péčí o umírající. Zahrnuje definování pojmů, historický vývoj, etické aspekty s legislativou, nebo problematiku péče o umírající z pohledu sestry. Praktická část pak analyzuje data získaná z rozhovorů. Tato data byla převedena v kódy, které byly graficky zpracovány v programu Atlas.ti. Těmito rozhovory byly získány informace popisující emoce a názory sester v souvislosti s péčí o umírající. Dále byly sestry dotazovány na jejich postoje a názory k problematice eutanazie a paliativní péči.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the care of the dying. The result of this work is a comparison of the attitudes, opinions and experiences of nurses, which are manifested in the care of patients in the terminal stage of the disease. The theoretical part deals with general topics related to death and care for the dying. It includes terms definitions, historical development, ethical aspects with legislation and issues of nursing care for the dying persons. The practical part analyzes the data obtained from interviews. This data were converted into codes and then graphically processed in Atlas.ti. I have obtained information describing the emotions and opinions of nurses related with the care of the dying. Furthermore, nurses were asked about their attitudes and opinions on euthanasia and palliative care.en
