dc.description.abstract	Hlavním obsahem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta se zavedeným kardiostimulátorem nebo kardioverterem v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. V teoretické části je nastíněna anatomie a fyziologie srdce. V další kapitole jsou probrány poruchy srdečního rytmu a podstatou práce jsou kapitoly věnující pozornost samotným kardiostimulátorům a kardioverterům, jejich charakteristika, indikace a specifické ošetřovatelské postupy. Praktická část je zaměřena na kazuistiky pacientů, kteří mají implantovaný kardiostimulátor nebo kardioverter. V diskuzi jsou interpretovány jednotlivé kazuistiky a hodnocení ošetřovatelské péče v průběhu hospitalizace.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The main objective of the bachelor work is nursing care of patients with implantable electronic cardiac pacemaker or cardioverter in pre-hospital emergency care. In theoretical part I write about anatomy and physiology of heart. In the next chapter I write about heart dysfunction and the main objectives of the whole work are chapters where I pay attention to peacemakers and cardioverters them self and they characteristics, indication and specifications of nursing care. Practical part is focus on case history of patients with implantable electronic cardiac pacemaker and cardioverter. In the dysfunction I wrote down a single case history and patients rating of nursing care during his stay in hospital.	en
