dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce obsahuje technologický popis a následné testování lepeného spoje, který požaduje specifické požadavky. V teoretické části práce je proveden podrobný průzkum aktuálního stavu dané problematiky, ve kterém jsou zahrnuty dosavadní metody, které nahrazují technologii lepení. Praktická část je zaměřena na experimentální ověření vlivů odlišných strategií nanášení lepidla na kvalitu lepeného spoje. Velká část zahrnuje podrobný popis přípravy, tištění zkušebních vzorků a celý proces nanášení lepidla za použití vybraného zařízení a následného lepení. Po procesu lepení je podrobně popsáno i zkoušení vzorků, které zahrnuje mechanické a vizuální testy kvality lepeného spoje. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky jednotlivých testů a je provedeno jejich vyhodnocení s hlavním cílem identifikovat optimální nanášení lepidla pro dané podmínky. Navržený postup může sloužit jako podklad pro další výzkum či praktickou aplikaci v oblasti lepení materiálů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis contains a technological description and subsequent testing of a glued joint that requires specific requirements. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a detailed survey of the current state of the art, which includes existing methods that replace the technology of gluing. The practical part is focused on experimental verification of the effects of different adhesive application strategies on the quality of the glued joint. A large part includes a detailed description of the preparation, printing of test samples and the entire process of applying the adhesive using selected equipment and subsequent gluing. After the gluing process, the testing of the samples is also described in detail, which includes mechanical and visual tests of the quality of the glued joint. At the end of the thesis, the results of individual tests are summarized and their evaluation is performed with the main goal of identifying the optimal application of the adhesive for the given conditions. The proposed procedure can serve as a basis for further research or practical application in the field of gluing materials.en
