dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of this paper is to examine the institution of protective education from the perspective of the application of the principle of humanism. The author first discusses the basic aspects of the principle of humanism in general terms. It then analyses the institution of protective education in more detail, aiming to answer the question whether the principle of humanism is currently sufficiently reflected in the framework of protective institutional education as one of the options for the execution of the institute in question? In the paper, the author points out the current state of educational institutions designated for the execution of protective institutional education and presents her de lege ferenda proposals in this regard.en
