dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje využití směnek a šeků v bankovní praxi. Nejprve autor definuje samotný pojem platební styk a jeho formy. Poté jsou v práci uvedeny jednotlivé instrumenty platebního styku, mezi něž řadíme i směnku a šek. Následující kapitoly se pak již věnují pouze šeku a směnce a jejich konkrétnímu využití v bankovní praxi. V práci jsou uvedeny také možná rizika spojená s využíváním šeků a směnek. V poslední kapitole autor porovnal právní úpravu směnek a šeků v České republice a na Slovensku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main aim of this thesis titled "The Bill of exchange and the Cheque and their use in banking practise" is to outline place for the Bill of exchange and the cheques in payments in the Czech republic, especially in current banking practice. In the beginning of this thesis there is some definitions of the main key words and institutes whose understanding is important for the rest of this thesis. After that is this thesis already fully devoted to the Bill of exchange and the Cheque. In penultimate chapter there are stated some risks which are associated with usage of this commercial securities. At the end of this thesis there is comparation between legal regulation of the Bills of exchange and the Cheques in Czech Republic and Slovakia.en
