dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti diagnostiky patologií biliárního traktu pomocí zobrazovacích metod. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V části teoretické je popsána anatomie a fyziologie žlučníku, žlučových cest a jater včetně možných onemocnění biliárního traktu. Dále je zde přehled a popis zobrazovacích metod využívaných k diagnostice v této oblasti. V praktické části se nachází kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýza souboru pacientů, kteří byli vyšetřeni ve Fakultní Nemocnici Lochotín v Plzni ve sledovaném období, pomocí některé ze zobrazovacích metod jako je sonografie, výpočetní tomografie a další.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the possibilities of diagnosing pathologies of the biliary tract using imaging methods. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the gallbladder, biliary ducts, and liver, including possible diseases of the biliary tract. Furthermore, there is an overview and description of imaging methods used for diagnosis in this area. The practical part contains a quantitative and qualitative analysis of a patient sample examined at the Lochotín Faculty Hospital in Pilsen during the observed period, using various imaging methods such as ultrasound, computed tomography, and others.en
