dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je ověření vhodnosti metody statistické regulace procesu (SPC) v servisní oblasti s příkladem implementace na proces ze servisní oblasti. V první části práce je teoreticky popsána metoda SPC a typy regulačních diagramů. Druhá část práce se zabývá srovnáváním a specifikací odlišností výrobních procesů a služeb. Ve třetí části práce je zpracován příklad implementace SPC do servisního procesu v konkrétním podniku v souladu s teoretickou částí práce. V poslední části bakalářské práce jsou definována rizika se zaváděním metody statistické regulace procesu do servisní oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor thesis is the suitability verification of the statistical process control methodology (SPC) in the electrical engineering industry, concretely in the service processes. The first part includes theoretical description of SPC methodology and summary of control charts which are usually used in that methodology. The second part deals with comparison and specification of differences between production and service processes. The example of SPC methodology implementation to service process in the specific company, according to theoretical chapters, is elaborated in the third part. The possible risks which can occur during the implementation of SPC methodology to service processes are defined in the last part of this thesis.en
