dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce na téma "Porovnání radiační zátěže pacientů při diagnostickém LO na PET/CT hybridním skeneru v roce 2006 a 2014" obsahuje teoretickou část, ve které jsou stručně popsány přístroje CT, PET a hybridní PET/CT. Dále jsou zde popsána radiofarmaka pro pozitronovou emisní tomografii. Další část práce tvoří popis veličin, kterými se zabývá radiační ochrana a popis vybraných metod, pomocí kterých se stanovují radiační dávky pacientů na oddělení nukleární medicíny. Dále jsou v této práci porovnávány radiační zátěže pacientů ve zvoleném období.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis titled "Comparation of patient radiation doses received from hybrid PET/CT in years 2006 and 2014" includes theoretical part. This part briefly describes the CT, the PET and the PET/CT. This work also describes radiopharmaceuticals for positron emission tomography. The next chapter consists of a description of variables used in radiation protection and description of selected methods through which we can determine the patients radiation doses at the nuclear medicine department. Furthermore, this work compares the radiation doses of patients in the selected years.en
