dc.description.abstractTématem rigorózní práce je právní úprava a činnost notářství v českých zemích v letech 1848 až 1938. Období, které je z historického pohledu velmi zajímavé a pro notářství v českých zemích zcela zásadní. Systematicky je rigorózní práce rozdělena do čtyř samostatných kapitol. Začíná úvodem do historických souvislostí týkajících se notářství před revolučním rokem 1848. V následující kapitole je obsažen rozbor notářských řádů z let 1850, 1855 a 1871 se základní komparací. Třetí kapitola je věnována období První republiky. Poslední kapitola je pak popisem jednotlivých osobností, které výkonem notářské činnosti formovaly obecné povědomí o nově formující se právnické profesi, jejíž základy již byly v sousedních evropských zemích položeny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the rigorous thesis is a legal regulation and activities of the notary in the Czech lands in the years of 1848 to 1938. The period, which is from the historical point of view very interesting and, for notary in the Czech lands, completely substantial. Systematically, the rigorous thesis is divided into four independent chapters. It begins by introduction into historical facts related to the notary before the revolutionary year of 1848. In the subsequent chapter, the notarial orders from years of 1850, 1855 and 1871 are analysed and compared between each other. The third chapter is devoted to the First Republic period. The last chapter describes personalities who by execution of their notarial or social activities were forming the general awareness about a new forming legal profession which had already had its foundations in other European countries.en
