dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací reflexní masáže lidí v produktivním věku s bolestmi cervikokraniální oblasti. V teoretické části je popsána funkční anatomie krční páteře, kineziologie krční páteře, bolest a její druhy, škály hodnotící bolest, indikace a kontraindikace reflexní masáže a popis šíjové sestavy. V praktické části se zaměřuji na rozbor šesti kazuistik, které obsahují anamnézy pacientů, vyšetření pánve a další potřebná vyšetření k ověření nebo vyvrácení mých hypotéz. Ve výsledcích je shrnuto sledování bolestivých stavů cervikokraniální oblasti v rozmezí 10 týdnů a následně v diskuzi výsledky rozebrány ve vztahu k hypotézám.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the application of reflexive massage of people of productive age with cervicocranial pain. The theoretical part describes the functional anatomy of the cervical spine, kinesiology of the cervical spine, pain and its types, scales for evaluating pain, indications and contraindications of reflex massage and description of the neck anatomy. In the practical part I focus on the analysis of six case reports, which contain patient history, pelvic examination and other necessary examinations to verify or refute my hypotheses. The results summarize the observation of painful cervicocranial spots within 10 weeks and then discuss the results in relation to hypotheses.en
