dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce popisuje, jakým způsobem byly fenomény spánek a sen formovány v rámci společenství antického Řecka. Teoretická a praktická koncepce spánku a snů je zde propojena pomocí Homérových eposů. Jako důkaz, že kulturní tradice existovala a měla vliv na společnost ještě v rámci řecko-římské tradice, je část práce je i pozdějšímu autorovi Artemidórovi, jehož dílu můžeme rozumět jako manuálu pro výklad snů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis describes how the phenomena of sleep and dream were shaped within the communities of ancient Greece. The theoretical and practical conceptions of sleep and dreams are linked here through Homer's epics. As evidence that a cultural tradition existed and influenced society even within the Greco-Roman tradition, part of the work is also dedicated to the later author Artemidorus, whose work can be understood as a manual for the interpretation of dreams.en
