dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na uplatnění manažerského účetnictví ve společnosti G-Team a.s. Hlavním cílem práce je snížit absolutní výši nepřímých nákladů, respektive je alokovat do kalkulovaných výkonů dle příčinné souvislosti. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy manažerské účetnictví, druhy nákladů, kalkulace. Teoretická část je základem pro část praktickou. V praktické části je nejdříve představena společnost G-Team a.s. a poté je provedena analýza současného stavu účetnictví a informačního systému včetně finanční analýzy. Kvůli naplnění hlavního cíle se stanovila hodinová sazba činností, které se přímo podílejí na uskutečnění daného výkonu. V textu je učiněn návrh propočtové, operativní a výsledné kalkulace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on the application management accounting in the company G-Team a.s. The main aim is to decrease the absolute amount of indirect costs, that is to allocate them into costing performance in compliance with causation. The theoretical part defines the items as management accounting, types of costs, costing. The theoretical part forms the basic for the practical part. Practical part introduces company G-Team a.s. and analyzes the current state of accounting and information systems, including financial analyses. To fulfil the main, the aktivity rate per hour has been determined. These activities directly support the realization of performance. The proposal of pre-calculation, operational calculation and final calculation is made in the text.en
