dc.description.abstractNejprve jsou v této diplomové práci vysvětleny důležité pojmy, které se v ní hojně vyskytují, jedná se pojmy obec, město, statutární město, územní samospráva a první republika. Dále je v ní představena obecná podoba a fungování územní samosprávy měst a obcí v období první republiky. Následně je vymezena samospráva statutárních měst, především v prvních letech existence samostatného státu. Závěrečná část pojednává o územní samosprávě konkrétního města. V diplomové práci je kladen důraz především na přijímání a podobu právních předpisů, které územní samosprávu v tomto období ovlivnily, dále pak na finanční situaci municipalit a na oblast volební.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedImportant terms are explained first in this thesis, these terms are often occur in it, these terms are village, town, statutory city, territorial self-government and the First Republic. The thesis further defines the general form and functioning of the territorial self-government of towns and villages in the period of the First Republic. Subsequently is defined the self-government of statutory cities, especially in the first years of the existence of an independent state. The final part deals about territorial self-government of a particular city. In the thesis, emphasis is placed on the adoption and form of legislation that influenced the local government in this period, also on the financial situation of municipalities and on the electoral sphere.en
