| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacientů v chronickém dialyzačním programu. V práci je ověřováno, zda sestry pracující na dialyzačních odděleních považují edukaci pacientů za součást ošetřovatelské péče, zda edukují pacienty podle stanoveného edukačního plánu a v neposlední řadě, zda se o provedené edukaci vedou záznamy. V závěru práce je navržená edukační karta pro potřeby sester, které pracují na dialyzačním oddělení. | cs |
