dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou léčby chronických ran v domácím prostředí pomocí podtlakové terapie. Zkoumá potřebu jistoty a bezpečí v domácím prostředí. Teoretická část je věnována vlhkému hojení ran a léčbě pomocí podtlakové terapie. V empirické části byla zvolena metodologie kvalitativního výzkumu. Poskytuje informace o povědomí, zkušenostech a subjektivních pocitech participantů během podtlakové léčby v domácím prostředí. Výzkumným nástrojem sběru dat byly polostrukturované rozhovory. V závěru kvalifikační bakalářské práce by sestaven informační leták, jak nemocným usnadnit léčbu s podtlakovou terapií v domácím prostředí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of treatment of chronic wounds in the home environment using negative pressure therapy. Explores the need for security and safety in the home environment. The theoretical part is devoted to moist wound healing and treatment using negative pressure therapy. In the empirical part, the methodology of qualitative research was chosen. It provides information about the awareness, expiriences and subjective feelings of the participant during NPWT treatment in the home environment. The research tool for data collection was semistructured interviews. At the end of the qualifying bachelor´s thesis an information leaflet was compiled on how to make treatment with negative pressure therapy in the home environment easier for patients.en
