dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma Práva dětských pacientů ve vztahu k ošetřovatelství přináší stručný nástin toho, jaká jsou specifika a problémy u hospitalizovaných dětských pacientů, dále obsahuje srovnání vývoje práv dětí v teoretické rovině a především se věnuje hlavnímu mezinárodnímu dokumentu, který se týká hospitalizovaných dětí. Je jím Charta práv dětských pacientů, která vytyčuje deset základních zásad, které by nemocnice a ošetřující personál měly dodržovat při péči o nemocné děti. Práce nejprve podrobně analyzuje jednotlivá práva a dále porovnává požadavky stanovené v Chartě s jejich skutečným dodržováním v českých nemocnicích v historicko-srovnávací perspektivě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis entitled "Rights of the child patients related to nursery" brings a brief summary of particularities and problems of children in hospital, then it contains a comparative analysis of the development of children´s rights in the theoretical level and foremost, it is devoted to the main international document about children in hospital. It is the Charter of Rights for Children in Hospital which definesten fundamental principles which should be complied with by hospitals and their staff when taking care of ill children. The thesis firstly analysis the individual rights and then it compares the requirements set out in the Charter with their real impact in Czech hospitals in the historical-comparative perspective.en
