dc.description.abstractCílem práce bylo porovnat clearance kreatininu u 6hodinového a 24hodinového sběru moči vybrané skupiny pacientů a zjistit, zda zkrácená doba sběru má vliv na výslednou hodnotu clearance kreatininu. Pro naši studii jsme zvolili 12 pacientů s onemocněním diabetes mellitus 1. typu. Od každého pacienta byl poskytnut jednorázový vzorek moči, moč sbíraná za období 6 hodin a 24 hodin a vzorek nesrážlivé krve. Z naměřených koncentrací S_KREA, U_KREA/6 h a U_KREA/24 h byly vypočteny hodnoty clearance kreatininu a eGFR dle CKD-EPI. Porovnáním výsledných hodnot Cl_6 h, Cl_24 h a hodnot eGFR u jednotlivých pacientů jsme zjistili, že u 4 z 12 pacientů se hodnoty Cl_6 h a Cl_24 h mezi sebou vý-razně lišily. Hodnoty Cl_6 h a Cl_24 h u ostatních pacientů nebyli nijak výrazně rozdílné.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the study was to compare creatinine clearance in 6hour and 24hour urine collaction of a selected group of patients and to determine whether the shortened urine coll-ection time affects the final value of creatinine clearance. For our study we selected a group of twelve patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus. A single urine sample, 6hour and 24hour urine, and a non-coagulating blood sample were provided from each patient. Creatinine clearance and eGFR according to CKD-EPI were calculated from the measured concentrati-ons of S_KREA, U_KREA/6 h and U_KREA/24 h. By comparing the resulting values of Cl_6 h, Cl_24 h and eGFR values in individial patients, we found that in 4 out 12 patients the values of Cl_6 h and Cl_24 h differed significantly. The resulting values in the rest of pa-tients were not significantly different.en
