dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poskytování první pomoci u traumat vzniklých v lyžařských areálech. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena do 3 kapitol, z nichž se každá věnuje jiné části této te-matiky. První kapitola vymezuj pojem lyžařský areál a pravidla chování při pohybu v lyžařském areálu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá Horskou službou České republiky, jejími úko-ly, fungováním a strukturou. V třetí kapitole se věnujeme problematice traumatu v obecné rovině, poskytování první pomoci u traumat a specifika poskytnutí přednemocniční péče u traumat v lyžařském areálu. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky získané z kvantitativního výzkumného šet-ření, u kterého byly prováděny dvě dotazníková šetření. Jedno pro členy horské služby a druhé pro veřejnost. Výzkum se zaměřuje na úroveň poskytované první pomoci u traumat v lyžařském areálu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of first aid provision for injuries sustained on the premises of a skiing area. The work is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters, all of which tackle a different aspect of the mentioned topic. The first chapter defines the term skiing area and the regula-tions for conduct and movement in a skiing area. The second chapter describes the objecti-ves, functioning and structure of the Mountain Rescue Service of Czech Republic. The third chapter examines the problems of physical trauma treatment in general, first aid provi-sion for physical trauma and the particulars of pre-hospitalization treatment for physical trauma sustained in a skiing area. In the practical part of the thesis, the results of a quantitative research survey, which consisted of two questionnaire surveys, will be described. One of the questionnaires was directed toward members of the Mountain Rescue Service and the other toward the wider public. The survey's point of focus is the level of first aid assistance provided in case of physical trauma suffered in a skiing area.en
