| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porodní bolestí, metodami jejího tišení a přístupem porodních asistentek k ní. Obsah práce je rozdělen na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se práce zabývá obecnou teorií bolesti a popisem jednotlivých metod jejího tišení a zvládání. Popisuji v ní, jak se v minulost i v současnosti pracuje s porodní bolestí a také objasňuji, jakým způsobem do této záležitosti zasahuje práce porodní asistentky. Pro výzkumnou část mé práce jsem si zvolila kvalitativní výzkum, který popisuje přístup porodních asistentek k porodní bolesti a jejich volbu metod tišení při práci s ní. Cituji zde, také aktuální výzkumy na dané téma. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with labor pain, methods of suppressing it and attitude of midwives to it. Content of the work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains a general theory of pain and describes individual methods of coping with it and its suppression. I concentrate here on the way of working with labor pain both in the past and present and I also clarify the way in which the work of the midwife interferes with the matter. For the research part of my thesis I chose a qualitative research which describes the approach of midwives to labor pain and their choice of pain relieving methods while working with it. I also quote selected current research on the topic. | en |
