| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečné manipulace s cytostatiky. Věnuje se základním informacím týkající se cytostatik a jejich působení na zdraví zdravotnického personálu. Zaměřuje na rozsah informovanosti zdravotnického personálu o problematice rizikové práce s cytostatiky, dodržování bezpečných pracovních postupů a používání osobních ochranných pracovních pomůcek. Osobní odpovědnost a přístup každého zdravotnického pracovníka výrazně ovlivňuje bezpečné pracovní prostředí. Práce je příspěvkem ke zvýšení bezpečnosti a informovanosti při manipulaci s cytostatiky. | cs |

It deals with basic information regarding cytostatics and their impact on health of medical staff.
