dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá analýzou transferů a jejich účtováním u Krajského úřadu Plzeňského kraje. Problematika poskytování transferů zahrnující celý proces administrace a řízení projektů je v dnešním, neustále se měnícím ekonomickém prostředí velice aktuální a diskutovaná. Při zpracovávání této tématiky jsem se snažila dosáhnout cílů stanovených na počátku práce. První část práce je věnována objasnění postavení krajů a krajských úřadů v rámci České republiky včetně analýzy Plzeňského kraje, Krajského úřadu Plzeňského kraje a jeho účetního systému. Ve druhé části práce jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé transfery. Tato část je zakončena analýzou čerpání dotací z konkrétního operačního programu. Závěrečná část obsahuje zhodnocení práce a návrhy opatření, jež by vedla k zefektivnění procesu poskytování těchto transferů a jejich následnému využívání v rámci vybraného subjektu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the analysis of transfers and their billing at the Regional office of the Pilsen Region. The issue of providing transfers covering the entire process of administration and project management is in today?s ever changing economic environment very actual and discussed. When preparing this topic I tried to achieve the objectives set at the beginning. The first part of the thesis is devoted to clarifying the status of Regions and Regional Offices in the Czech Republic including the analysis of the Pilsen Region, the Regional Office of the Pilsen Region and its billing system. The second part characterizes individual transfers. This part ends with the analysis of receiving subsidies from the specific operational program. The final part contains the thesis evaluation and the proposals for actions that would lead to more effective process of providing these transfers and their subsequent use within the selected subject.en
