dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá současnými problémy Policie České republiky a jejich možnými řešeními. Práce se zaměřuje na personální otázky, financování, technologické vybavení, výcvik policistů a právní rámec policejní činnosti. Dále analyzuje veřejné vnímání policie a její efektivitu v boji proti kriminalitě. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky rozhovorů s vedením Policie ČR a dotazníkového šetření mezi řadovými policisty.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the current issues of the Police of the Czech Republic and their possible solutions. It examines personnel matters, funding, technological equipment, police training, and the legal framework of police operations. Furthermore, it analyzes public perception of the police and its effectiveness in combating crime. The practical part presents the results of interviews with the leadership of the Czech Police and a survey among rank-and-file officers.en
