dc.description.abstractTato diplomomová práce se zaměřuje na ochranu lidských práv cizinců v EU. První kapitola se zabývá vymezením pojmů týkajících se tohoto tématu. Ve druhé kapitole je popsáno právo vstupu a práva a povinnosti, která jsou s ním spojena. Na právo vstupu navazuje v další kapitole právo pobytu, jehož jednotlivé druhy jsou zde detailně popsány. Další kapitolou je popisována samotná ochrana lidských práv cizinců se zaměřením na mezinárodní ochranu a právo na sloučení rodiny. Poslední kapitola je věnována současné migrační situaci a vyhodnocení případné vývojové tendence právní úpravy cizineckého práva.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis focuses on the protection of human rights of foreigners in the EU. The first chapter deals with defining terms related to this topic. The second chapter describes the right of entry and the rights and obligations associated with it. The right of entry is followed by the right of residence in the next chapter, the individual types of which are described in detail here. The next chapter describes the protection of human rights of foreigners themselves, focusing on international protection and the right to family reunification. The last chapter is devoted to the current migration situation and the evaluation of the possible developmental tendency of the legal regulation of the rights of foreigners.en
