dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma "Možnosti fyzioterapie u pacientů po traumatech v oblasti hlezenního kloubu" je rozdělena do části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na kineziologii, traumatologii a následnou léčbu hlezenního kloubu. Praktická část obsahuje čtyři kazuistiky. Z výsledků kazuistik bylo zjištěno, že při poranění hlezna je největším problémem omezený rozsah pohybu. Při imobilizaci dochází ke snížení propriocepce nohy. Pravidelným cvičením kloubu je možné zlepšit rozsah kloubu. Stimulací nohy zlepšit hluboké čití a snížit tím riziko nestability kloubu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis topic "Possibilities of physiotherapy for patients after trauma in the ankle joint region" is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on kinesiology, traumatology and following treatment of the ankle joint. The practical part contains four casuistries. From the results of casuistries was found that during the injury of ankle joint is the greatest problem limited range of movement. While imobilisation it leads to a proprieception of feet. Thanks to regular excercise is possible to increase the range of movement and by stimulation of feet to enhance deep sensation and reduce risk of instability of the joint.en
