dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce analyzuje dostupné aktuální poznatky týkající se adaptace pacienta na život se stomií trávicího traktu a vlivy tento proces ovlivňující. Práce je zaměřena na přehled ověřených, ale i nejnovějších poznatků a metod využívajících se ve zdravotnictví k pozitivnímu ovlivnění adaptace u pacienta. Kromě doporučení, metod a postupů pro zlepšení adaptace je pacient s vyvedenou stomií GIT v této práci rozebrán jako bio-psycho-socio-spirituálně založená osoba se zaměřením na fyzické, psychické a sociálně-ekonomické přijetí stomie. Zmíněny jsou též komplikace, či důvody vzniku stomie. V poslední části práce jsou rozebrány čtyři vhodné výzkumy reflektující aktuální tendence ve výzkumu problematiky adaptace pacientů na stomii GIT.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis analyses current knowledge concerning the patient's adaptation to life with gastrointestinal stoma and the influences affecting this process. The thesis focuses on reviewing proven and the latest knowledge and methods used in health care to positively influence the patient's adaptation. In addition to recommendations, methods, and procedures to improve adaptation, the patient with an inferior GIT stoma is discussed in this thesis as a bio-psycho-socio-spiritually based person, focusing on the stoma's physical, psychological, and socio-economic acceptance. Complications or reasons for the stoma are also mentioned. In the last part of the thesis, four appropriate pieces of research reflecting current research tendencies on patients' adaptation to GIT ostomy are discussed.en
