dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití konceptu zdravotních bodů, zejména v oblasti léčby a prevence obezity. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na všeobecnou problematiku obezity. Dále se věnuje konceptu zdravotních bodů a v neposlední řadě pohybové aktivitě obézních. Praktická část je zpracována pomocí 4 kazuistik respondentů, kteří koncept zdravotních bodů využívali. Bylo potvrzeno, že koncept zdravotních bodů dokáže plnit svůj účel jak v léčbě, tak v prevenci obezity. Využití konceptu bylo zhodnoceno jako velmi časově náročné a z pohledu dnešní doby těžko využitelné.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is looking into the problems of application of the concept of medical points, especially in the field of obesity treatment and prevention. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the general problems of obesity. It also deals with the concept of medical points as well as motoric activities of the obese. The practical part is compiled by the means of four case interpretations of four persons, who were using the concept of medical points. It has been proven that the concept of medical points is able to serve its purpose in both treatment and prevention of obesity. Application of the concept has been evaluated as very time-consuming and in the perspective of today very difficult to use.en
