dc.description.abstract-translatedThe purpose of this article is to outline and unify the three primary options (due to the shortness of provided space without their subcategories) of how to deal with the substantive legal invasion into the procedural level of civil litigation and at the same time to emphasize that even purely procedural acts of the parties to the dispute may (and do) have substantive legal a dimension that (mostly) cannot be ignored. Subsequently, the purpose was to bring the reader‘s attention to several substantive-procedural considerations in relation to the interconnection of these levels and to warn against the automatic classification of either substantive or procedural act only as one dimensional onlyen
