dc.description.abstractTato práce poskytuje právně-historickou analýzu tématu obecných reformních snah Marie Terezie. Práce se také zabývá historickým a sociálním kontextem pro objasnění nutnosti reforem v 18. století a osobností panovnice. Studie se primárně zaměřuje na reformy, které byly provedeny v oblasti školství a vzdělávání. Dále se práce zaměřuje i na transformaci vzdělávání od vydání Všeobecného školního řádu Marie Terezie v roce 1774 do současnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work provides a legal-historical analysis of the topic of Maria Theresa's general reform efforts. The work also deals with the historical and social context to clarify the necessity of reforms in the 18th century and the personality of the monarch. The study primarily focuses on the reforms that were carried out in the field of education and training. The work also focuses on the transformation of education from the publication of the General School Regulations of Maria Theresa in 1774 to the present.en
