dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku hygieny rukou a proces mytí rukou u vysokoškolských studentů zdravotnických i nezdravotnických oborů. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly, v nich je popsána aktuální situace problematiky hygieny rukou, dále je detailně popsán proces mytí rukou a dezinfekce rukou. Praktická část byla provedena smíšeným výzkumem, tedy kombinací kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody pomocí zúčastněného pozorování. Zúčastněné pozorování bylo prováděno se záznamy do pozorovacích archů, které byly vytvořeny v souladu s metodickým doporučením: "Jak si správně mýt ruce" Státního zdravotního ústavu v Praze. Z provedeného výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že žádný vysokoškolský student nesplňuje všechny kroky procesu mytí rukou. Dále vyšlo, že vysokoškolské studentky zdravotnických oborů splňující více kroků a průměrně jejich doba procesu mytí rukou trvá déle než u ostatních vysokoškolských studentů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of hand hygiene and the process of hand washing in university students of medical and non-medical disciplines. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into four chapters, in which the current situation of hand hygien issues is described, the process of hand washing and hand disinfection is described in detail. The practical part was conducted by mixed research, i. e. a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods using participant observation. The participant observation was carried out by recording in observation sheets, which were created in accordance with the methodological recommendation "How to wash your hands properly" of the State Institute of Health in Prague. From the reaserch conducted, it was found that no university student complied with all the steps of the hand washing process. It also came out that the undergraduate female medical students fulfilled more steps and on an average their hand washing process time takes longer than other undergraduate students.en
