dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá měřením vybraných fyziologických změn provázejících stárnutí lidí, konkrétně měřením motoriky rukou, síly stisku rukou a rozsahu pohybu v kloubech horních končetin a páteře. První část je věnována metodice měření a způsobu zaznamenávání naměřených dat. V druhé části je provedeno statistické zpracování dat naměřených na mladší a starší skupině žen a porovnání výsledků těchto skupin s důrazem na vyčíslení procentuálního poklesu měřených veličin u starší skupiny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on measurement of selected physiological changes associated with aging of people, particularly on measuring of manual dexterity, maximal voluntary grip force and voluntary joint range of motion in the upper limb and spine. The first part describes methodology of the measurements and method of recording. In the second part, statistical analysis of data obtained by measuring of young and elderly groups has been performed. Differences between the age groups have been evaluated with emphasis on decline in the elderly group.en
