dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá tématem návrhu nové výrobní linky pro sériovou výrobu. V práci jsou na úvod představeny teoretické poznatky z oblasti měření spotřeby času. Cílem práce je balancování nové výrobní linky a vytvoření časových analýz pomocí metody MOST. Dalším úkolem je rozdělení operací na nová pracoviště a detailní popis jednotlivých činností. Nakonec jsou vytvořeny pracovních instrukce v papírové i systémové podobě a dokument process flow chart.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the new production line design for serial production. The work presents theoretical knowledge from the field of the time consumption measurement in the introduction. The aim of the thesis is the new production line balancing and the time analyzes using the MOST method creation. Next task is the division of operations into new workplaces and a detailed description of individual operation. Finally, the work instructions are created in the paper form and in the online form and is created document of the process flow chart.en
