| dc.description.abstract | Magnetická rezonance je moderní zobrazovací metoda umožňující zobrazení měkkotkáňových tělesných struktur, které jiná vyšetřovací technika není schopna v podobné míře a kvalitě zobrazit. Tato práce se zabývá vyšetřením prostaty na 3T magnetické rezonanci. V teoretické části popisuje princip a techniku magnetické rezonance, anatomii prostaty, druhy nádorů prostaty a možnosti jejího vyšetření. Praktická část ukazuje na souboru pacientů vyšetřených pomocí magnetické rezonance ve FN Plzeň význam tohoto vyšetření pro jejich následnou léčbu. | cs |
