dc.description.abstractTématem práce je využití senzomotorické stimulace u funkční poruchy páteře. Cílem první části práce bylo zpracování teoretické analýzy problematiky funkčních poruch páteře. Na závěr teoretické části je popsán metodický postup senzomotorické stimulace dle profesora Jandy, včetně informací o somatosenzorickém systému. V praktické části byl zkoumán soubor čtyř pacientek, kterým byla diagnostikována funkční porucha páteře. Testovaný soubor byl sledován po dobu 3 měsíců. Výsledky vyšetření potvrdily insuficienci HSSP, svalové dysbalance a poruchy pohybových stereotypů. U všech pacientek došlo ke zmírnění svalové dysbalance, k ústupu bolesti a k minimalizaci funkčních poruch.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of the thesis is the use of sensorimotor stimulation in spinal disorders. The aim of the first part was to process a theoretical analysis of the issue of functional disorders of the spine. At the end of the theoretical part is described the methodological approach sensorimotor stimulation by Professor Janda including the somatosensory system. The practical part has been studied a set of four patients who were diagnosed with spinal disorders. The tested file was monitored for 3 months. Test results confirmed deep stabilizing system of the spine insufficiency, muscular imbalance and disorders of movement stereotypes. All patients had an improvement in muscle imbalance, pain receding and minimize malfunctions.en
