dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou neuznaných států, resp. de facto států. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit pomocí komparační metody shodné, případně rozdílné znaky ve fungovaní tří vybraných de facto států. Těmito státy jsou Somaliland, Severokyperská turecká republika a Abcházie. Nejen v české, ale i v zahraniční literatuře panuje zmatení týkající se terminologie neuznaných států.Proto se v teoretické části práce zabýváme, kromě definování pojmu suverenita či představení teorií státnosti, také teoriemi Scotta Pegga a Pala Kolsto, kteří ve svých studiích používají termín de facto stát. Praktická část je představení historicko-politického vývoje vybraných de facto států. Část komparační se pak týká srovnání těchto neuznaných států na základě třech kritérií. Těmi jsou kritérium ekonomické, kritérium postoje mezinárodního společenství a kritérium vnitřní suverenity.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis is dealing with the issue of unrecognized states, or de facto states. The main aim of the thesis is to ascertain the coincident and different elements in functioning of three chosen de facto states. These countries are Somaliland, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Abkhazia. We use a comparative method. Not only in the Czech literature, but also in the international literature there is a confusion of the terminology of the unrecognized states.Therefore in the theoretical part we are dealing with the theories of Scott Pegg and Pala Kolst?, who in their studies use the term de facto state. In addition the theoretical part is also concerning with defining the concept of sovereignty and statehood theory. The practical part is an explanation of historical and political evolution of the de facto states. Finally comparative part of the thesis is the comparsion of thouse unrecognized states on the basis of three criteria. These are the economic criterion, the criterion of an attitude of the international community and the criterion of internal sovereignty.en
