dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na periradikulární terapii pod CT kontrolou, která je jednou z možných metod léčby vertebrogenních kořenových syndromů. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie bederní páteře, míšních nervů a autonomního nervového systému. Dále se věnuji indikacím a kontraindikacím k uvedenému výkonu, přístrojovému vybavení a popisu vlastní metody. V praktické části uvádím kazuistiky pacientů, kteří byli indikováni k cílenému obstřiku za CT navigace. Výsledkem práce je, že periradikulární terapie pod CT kontrolou se stává ve většině případů přínosem v léčbě vertebrogenních kořenových syndromů.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the periradicular therapy under CT guidance, which is one of the potential methods of treatment of vertebrogenic root syndromes. A theoretical part describes anatomy of the lumbar spine, the spinal nerves and the autonomic nervous system. Then this part is aimed at description, indications and contraindications, equiment necessary for this method. The practical part comprises the case histories of the patiens who were indicated for targeted injections under the CT navigation. The result of this thesis is: in most cases the periradicular therapy under CT guidance brings benefit in the treatment of vertebrogenic root syndromes.	en
