dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku pacientů s arteriální hypertenzí, kteří si kontrolují krevní tlak v domácím prostředí. Kvalifikační práci tvoří část teoretická a část praktická. Teoretická část je věnována onemocnění arteriální hypertenzí, komplikacím, léčbě, dodržování nefarmakologických doporučení, monitorování krevního tlaku v ordinaci lékaře, využití dalších technik, jako je ABMP, HBMP. Dále se věnuje ošetřovatelské péči, kde právě sestra hraje důležitou roli v edukaci, komunikaci, spolupráci. Je poradkyní pacienta i celé jeho rodiny, koordinátorka spolupráce a péče, informátorka a představitelka postojů ke zdraví a léčbě, což může ovlivnit motivaci pacienta i rodiny. Praktická část diplomové práce je rozdělena na 3 oblasti. První oblast zjišťuje znalosti techniky měření tlaku v domácím prostředí a ověření, zda toto měření probíhá dle doporučení ČSH 2018. Druhá oblast je zaměřena na znalosti respondentů fyziologických hodnot krevního tlaku a povědomí, jak se zachovat, jsou-li hodnoty nefyziologické. Třetí oblast identifikuje případné negativní faktory a souvislost s hodnotami krevního tlaku. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikovat oblasti, kde má respondent nedostatek informací, nebo kde tyto informace potřebuje doplnit.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is focused on patients with arterial hypertension who monitor their blood pressure in the home environment. The qualification work consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part examines arterial hypertension, its complications, potential treatment, compliance with non-pharmacological recommendations, blood pressure monitoring in the doctor's office, using other techniques like ABMP or HBMP, nursing care where the nurse plays a huge part in education, communication, cooperation. She is a counselor for the patient as well as their whole family, the work and nursing coordinator, informant and a representative of attitudes towards health and treatment that can have an effect on the motivation of the patient and family. The practical part of the Diploma Thesis is divided into three sections. The first one examines the knowledge of blood pressure technology for the home environment and verifies whether this monitoring takes place in accordance with the ČSH 2018 recommendation. The second section deals with the knowledge of respondents about physiological values of blood pressure and awareness of knowing what to do should these values be non-physiological. The third part identifies potential negative factors and connection with blood pres-sure values. The main objective of the work is to identify areas where the respondent has a lack of information or needs additional education.en
