| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá biodiverzitou hub v přírodní památce Chudenická bažantnice. Lokalita se nachází přibližně 40 km jihozápadně od Plzně. Výzkum probíhal v sezónách 2011 a 2012 a byl zaměřen zejména na makomycety (houby viditelné pouhým okem) z kmenů Ascomycota a Basidiomycota. Výsledkem je seznam nalezených druhů s krátkým popisem každého z nich. Celkový počet determinovaných druhů je 160, z toho vysoké procento tvoří druhy lignikolní. Byly nalezeny i 4 druhy náležící do Červeného seznamu hub (makromycetů) české republiky, což poukazuje na to, že se jedná o mykologicky cennou lokalitu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | My bachelor thesis deals with biodiversity of fungi in the protected area of Chudenická bažantnice Nature Monument. This locality is situated in western Bohemia approximatly 40 km from Pilsen. There are dominant trees - oak and ash. The research is focused especially on fungi from Ascomycota and Basidiomycota phylum. The result of this research is list of founded species with short descripotion of each of them. The field study was done in growing seasons in years 2011 and 2012 and total number of determined species is 160. Most species (104) werw lignicolous - it shows that many trunks and branches are left on soil at studied lcality. | en |
